PIERRE COMPUTER COMPANY is seeking an Application Engineer.


## OPPORTUNITY

We're building software for a world where AI tools and non-traditional developers create and collaborate on far more code than ever before.

That means product surfaces, APIs, and workflows need to feel obvious to humans while still being legible to agents and automation. We care a lot about product quality, speed, and systems thinking.

We need someone who can turn infrastructure and platform primitives into excellent developer-facing applications.


## WHAT YOU'D WORK ON

 - Building product experiences on top of git-native storage and workflow systems

 - Shipping internal and customer-facing tools that make complex infrastructure feel simple

 - Designing APIs, dashboards, and operational interfaces for developer and agent workflows

 - Working across the stack with product, design, and backend engineers to get features into production quickly

 - Closing the loop between user feedback, product direction, and implementation details


## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should have strong product engineering instincts and be comfortable owning features end-to-end.

You should be proficient in modern application development, API design, and shipping polished interfaces quickly without losing rigor.

Experience with TypeScript, React, Go, Zig, developer tools, and infrastructure-adjacent products is especially helpful.

We have over $20m in funding from CRV, O1A, and Sequoia and a beautiful office in the Mission (SF) – but are also remote friendly.
